Noah's and the world's firsts. Who wrote Isaiah? What is the meaning of the
Blessings (Brachot)? Find out answers to all these questions
in the newly developed
Children's Corner
section of TorahNet.
Although the main TorahNet site has a vast array of material and thought
provoking articles, their children's corner is quite special.

"May you never know from it" - as my grandmother used to say, but if you do
get sick, especially if you suffer from asthma, have a look at
National Jewish Medical Research Center. If you have children with allergies then their
allergy wizard is a must see.

A no-frills site....but a lot of fun if you like delving into almanacs and encylopedias as I do.
The Jewish Encyclopedia --the only free Jewish Encyclopedia on the internet --- is a real find.
What's facinating is that the online version contains the unedited contents of the original
encylopedia published 100 years ago. Incredible as it may seem, it still contains information
that is relevant for today. Join their mailing list as a volunteer writer/editor if you are interested
in helping update their info.
