The Golem Kingdom Website provides a lively, interactive virtual environment for Jewish youth around the world to interact and exchange ideas about the many facets of their Jewish identity and culture. Golem Kingdom is made up of a wide variety of activities that integrate dynamic texts and multimedia features to provide exciting and thoughtful triggers for discussion. The site is hosted by a cyber personality named "Golem" who is in constant contact with participants, responding to their many questions and mediating their discussions.
My Hebrew Picture Dictionary is a new online resource to learn Hebrew words in a fun way. Each word in the dictionary has a photograph of the item along with English and Hebrew translation and transliteration. The interface is simple and both kids and adults will find this new educational resource entertaining and useful.
My son was assigned a project to look up ancestors and their places where they lived. On a google search I luckly found jewishwebindex.com. Simply put, this site blew me away. It had one of the most comprehensive indexes of genealogy sites I have ever come across. Bravo!
