The Israel Ministry of Tourism has a virtual tour available on their
website, accessible by clicking on "Virtual Tour" found on the bar
to your right.
"Mini" tours include Northern, Southern, Central, Jerusalem, and Eilat.
It's a little bit slow loading and as the source implies, the tour is
more tourist oriented than targeted to Jewish schools or learning history.
And it has a few Christian and Muslim locations. But it's still a neat
website. As always, you'll have to decide whether and how it can fit into
your lesson plans.

Normally we do not give awards to a non-English site, but this time we are
making an exception. If you are a new immigrant/Israeli looking for a job
or a room to share, then come visit Localista. Although the site itself is in English,
the listings themselves are mostly in Hebrew. I found listed over 350
jobs in Jerusalem and over 1200 in Tel Aviv.
The site is extremely easy to navigate. So if you are looking for a job etc.,
get a friend to translate and have a look.

This is the Israel eGovernment site, which provides quick and easy access to
a wide variety of information and services provided by the various
government offices. You can find information about government
services for immigrants, tourists, students, businesses, and various
payments. You can even write to the prime minister.
