Zahava Koren's Vegetarian Fat-Free Passover Recipes is a simple site for simple people who are simply "fed up" with Passover menus that are unhealthy, diet-busting, or otherwise against their principles. Over thirty recipes run the gamut from Matzo Balls to Matza-rella lasagna, plus the Relevant Links page leads to lots more goodies on other sites.

Probably no Jewish holiday has inspired more visual art than Passover, as Jews in many lands and many centuries strove to make the story of the Exodus come to life for seder participants through beautifully illustrated Haggadot. In this exhibit, the Yale University Library has brought together over thirty pages from the Haggadot in its collection, ranging from 13th century Germany to late 20th century Israel.
