For those who want to decide for themselves. All of us are pounded by media analysis of events regarding terror and the "compliance" of agreements between Israel and the Palestinians. MEMRI gives the intelligent reader the material to digest. I especially recommend the Jihad terror project section which deals with the terror organizations operating in the USA and abroad.

There is nothing like curling into a large comfortable chair listening to a winter storm outside and absorb yourself in a good book. Avi Chai Bookshelf is a good place to start. Their search stacks feature brought me quickly to almost anything I tried. Each book has a review and if available, reader's reviews as well. It's worth it to drop by before you go out to the book store in the rain.

Visiting the U. Nahon Museum of Italian Jewish Art should be added to one's itinerary when in Jerusalem. If you can't make it to the real thing, get a taste by viewing the Jerusalem Italian Jewish Association site. This non-profit organization manages the Museum as well as the Conegliano Veneto Synagogue which was transferred to Jerusalem in 1952 by an exciting "rescue operation". This site is beautiful to look at; layout and graphics are superb. Check out the Virtual Reality Views of the Synagogue - an "all encompassing" experience!

Graphics and layout are not the site's stong suit, but it does have some unusual and interesting craft ideas for the holiday that is coming up - Purim! Eileen's Favorite Camp Crafts has ideas for beaded King and Queen Crowns that even your teens would like. There's also a Hamantashen recipe - probably the easiest you'll ever find.

The JCT Center for Business Ethics and Social Responsibility site is incisive and thought provoking. Their aim is to encourage and promote high standards of business integrity and economic honesty through creating an awareness of Jewish ethical teachings. It also offers an online library and resouce center, a web magazine, and more.
