Time of Need portrays new immigrants who have come to Israel in response to the financial crisis in their country of origin. (In this section, there are also photos of people who arrived from Latin America prior to the crisis.) Many photos illustrate the Jewish Agency in action assisting both new and potential immigrants to Israel.

In addition a number of photos are from the current efforts to bring Argentinean Jews to Israel. The Jewish Agency has been working tirelessly initiating new programs designed to pave the way for families and youth to successfully rebuild their lives in Israel.
