The Fund encourages local initiatives. Applications are accepted from local Jewish communities (kehillot) and from legally registered non-profit educational bodies, not from private individuals or commercial agencies. Applicants must demonstrate financing (primarily local) of at least 50%, for projects supported by the Fund. The application must list all sources of income (other than the Pincus Fund), as well as a financial program demonstrating how the project will continue after the completion of the Fund's support. Currently, applications are accepted from all countries in the Diaspora, except the United States. | ||
