 Professional Consultation and Supevision

The Fund's work extends well beyond its financial support for projects. The Fund also provides professional consultation and supervision for educators who wish to plan and implement their ideas. The Fund's staff accompany projects from the earliest stages in their development, through implementation and completion. Regular staff visits to projects and to potential applicants facilitate this process.

After a project is approved by the Fund, applicants are required to submit bi-annual progress and financial reports detailing the project's activities. The outline of each report is provided by the Fund. The Fund distributes allocations retroactively, only after receipt of complete reports.

As part of the monitoring process, the Fund requires that each project be evaluated in relation to its original aims and objectives. The Fund's staff is available for consultation in this, as in other facets of project development.
