Elections

1. Chairman of the Zionist Executive

In accordance with Articles 14 (e) and 41 (1) of the Constitution, the Zionist Congress elects Sallai Meridor as Chairman of the Zionist Executive.

2. Treasurer of the World Zionist Organization

In accordance with Article 14 (e) and Article 41 Section 1 (b) of the Constitution, the Zionist Congress elects Chaim Chesler as Treasurer of the World Zionist Organization.

3. Zionist Executive

In accordance with Articles 14 (e) and 41 (1) of the Constitution, the Zionist Congress elects the following people as members of the Executive:

Yona Bezaleli, chairman of the workers' committee, honorary member of the Zionist Executive.
Avi Pazner, world chairman, Keren Hayesod.

* To be appointed as co-chairs of committees of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency

Four additional members whose names have not yet been publicized.

89. Effect of the Elections for the Positions of the World Zionist Organization on the Procedure of Advise and Consent of the Jewish Agency

I. The elections for the position of the Chairman, the Treasurer and the four Executive members that will be appointed as co-chairmen of the committees of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency are subject to procedures of advise and consent, in accordance with the agreements between the Jewish Agency and the World Zionist Organization.

II. If as a result of this process of advise and consent mentioned above there is a need to hold an election or elections for any of the positions mentioned above in section A, the Zionist Congress authorizes the Zionist General Council to hold an election or elections as is stated, in accordance with section 15 of the Constitution. In order to remove all doubt, the Zionist General Council is authorized to conduct a referendum on this matter amongst its members, in accordance with Regulation 18 (9) of the Standing Orders of the Zionist General Council.

III. The Zionist Congress calls for renewed deliberations between the parties about all matters of the procedures of advise and consent and the timing of the approval of the candidates.

4. Honorary Fellows

In accordance with Article 32 Section 3 (8) of the Constitution, the Zionist Congress elects the following people as Honorary Fellows:

In accordance with Article 14 (d) of the Constitution, the Zionist Congress elects Asaf Sela as Comptroller of the World Zionist Organization.

6. The Judicial Bodies

i. In accordance with Article 54A Section 4 of the Constitution, the Congress approves as members of the Committee for the Nomination of Judges of the Zionist Supreme Court the following people:

ii. In accordance with Articles 14 (5) and 53 of the Constitution, the Zionist Congress elects Advocate Haim Kimchi as Attorney of the World Zionist Organization.

iii. In accordance with Article 14 (5) of the Constitution, the Zionist Congress elects the following people as alternate Attorney of the World Zionist Organization:
