Zionist Activity in Irkutsk
The Agency's activities in Irkutsk include lessons in Hebrew, Israel, and the Jewish people. The Jewish Agency has been active in Irtkutsk since the first wave of aliyah in the early nineties, including several major projects. One of the most recent projects, ALEH, brought qualified immigrants to Israel to learn engineering. The program was co-sponsored by the Jewish Agency and the Academic Institute for Engineering in the Negev. To view the Russian language film, click here.
