"Each student comes to us with a different background and skill level."   60 new immigrants from Ethiopia and the Caucasus are learning to become Dan bus drivers thanks to Jewish Agency funding. "It's very simple", explained Yossi Ziskind, a man who has been behind the wheel for 35 years, including 15 years as the Dan Bus Company's drivers course director. Joseph Sherman   Thanks to the Jewish Agency, over 150 upper-class college students, young graduates, and graduate students are placed each year in internships. "My internship in Israel helps me get ahead in my work and also allows me to see about living here", says Joseph Sherman, a California native, interning at the Bank of Jerusalem.
