EMERGENCY RESPONSE DOCTORS COME FROM US TO NAHARIYA A group of 15 volunteer physicians from the US arrived in the Western Galilee this week for professional, at the initiative of the Jewish Agency and Nahariya's Western Galilee Hospital. They came to demonstrate solidarity with the State of Israel. The groups includes physicians from Omaha, Nebraska, Dallas and San Antonio, Texas , Louisville Kentucky, Dayton and Akron, Ohio and other Midwestern communities. They are with Western Galilee in the Jewish Agency's Partnership 2000 framework. The doctors will remain in Israel for one week, during which they will undergo professional training and will engage in hands-on learning about emergency medical procedures at the Nahariya Hospital. They will also tour northern Israel to become personally acquainted with the region.
