THE JEWISH WORLD   THE JEWISH AGENCY INAUGURATES "2nd VIRTUAL ZIONIST CONGRESS" IN PREPARATION FOR WORLD ZIONIST CONGRESS IN JUNE The "Virtual Zionist Congress" is a hi-tech version of "direct democracy," enabling the public at large to participate in forums and deliberations on cardinal issues affecting the Jewish People and the Zionist movement. Agreed-upon proposals and conclusions of debates held in the context of the "Virtual Zionist Congress" will be brought up to vote before delegates of the 34th Zionist Congress, which will convene in June. The public at large will thus be able to impact on the agenda and decisions that will affect the Zionist movement and the Jewish people as a whole.
