200 HUNDRED MEMBERS OF YOUTH MOVEMENTS AND STUDENTS FROM GREAT BRITAIN TO ISRAEL
 
They will come in a combined Israel Experience program and aliyah program
Delegation from the Liberal religious stream coming to Israel for the first time

The Jewish Agency in Great Britain has begun to combine Israel Experience tours with pilot tours to Israel. This coming, June some 200 members of youth and student movements will come to Israel as part of this project, which will be carried out by the Immigration and Absorption department in cooperation with the Israeli Department. The goal of the project, which in Great Britain is carried out by the shlichim, is to create aliyah opportunities for youth movement members and students.

Dubi Bergman, head of the Jewish Agency delegation to Great Britain announced that initially some 100 students have left for Israel as well as 65 Bnei Akiva members and graduates and 30 members of Habonim Dror.

For the first time, a delegation of the Ulpsnyc-Netzer Liberal movement come to Israel. It will be made up of 25 of the movement's spiritual leaders including their chief rabbi in Britain.

There are four religious Jewish streams in Great Britain: Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, and Liberal.
